Background

·How to find the “best fit” HR service provider among the vast supplier pool within short period?

·How can HR service provider better understand client’s needs, provide pertinent service and improve continuously to help our client achieve competitive edge?

·How to optimize the HR Supply Chain through effective communication between supplier and client to reach better mutual understanding?

discovered in its survey of “Your most preferred HR service provider in China” in April 2006 that optimization of HR supply chain will help company obtain and keep stable, enduring competitiveness, and then improve the whole competitiveness of the whole supply chain. The key of Optimizing HR supply chain is to have thorough information sharing among the companies in each tache of the supply chain; to have an open info sharing, it’s not an easy task for the company with different business objective, especially when one client cooperate with several competitors, it’s even harder to put “info sharing” into practice.

Thanks to our 60 participants whom are the HR Director/Managers from the Multinational company, part of the supplier in the supply chain -Over 50 recruiting/search firm, 30+ training company, 7 C&B firm, 30+ consultants were voted, - through further study client’s feedback on supplier’s service, we have obtained valuable information, we would like to share with our client and professional brothers/sisters in our round table discussion which will be held on oct. 27 2006.

Mr. Chang Kai:
Task Team leader of new labor contract law <draft>
Director of labor relationship institute of Renmin University of China
professor of labor personnel institute

Mr. Chang was the professor of Japanese Kyushu University’s law institute, China Labor college, Director of Labor relationship graduate school。Special-term project consultant of ILO (International Labor Organization) Beijing Branch. Professor Chang has published over 10 monograph, over 90 thesis both domestic and overseas about labor relationship, labor law, labor community, employer and employee issue. He has visited and gave lecture in over ten countries. He has run several scientific research project at Ministry, national and international level. Professor chang obtained his Dr. degree, majored in labor relationship and labor law from Beijing university legal institute.

Ms. Marlene Ye:
China HR Director, Boehringer Ingelheim Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Marlene holds an MBA degree and has been in HR management position for more ten years. Her responsibility has covered China and Asia Pacific Region in several well known multinational companies, namely Lucent Technologies, Andrew Telecom, General Electric, SAS, and currently Boehringer Ingelheim. She has also been active in contributing to HR community via sharing her experience and knowledge at several HR conferences organized by Marcus Evans, Innova, JF Pearson, First Priority Consulting, and Amcham. She also shares her views via contributing articles for China Staff and other management magazines.

Founder & Managing Director, BISEARCH GROUP

Before BISEARCH GROUP, Ms Sun has Served Boyden global executive search firm (one of the top wholly owned US search firm) Shanghai for two spells:
- She firstly joined Boyden back in 1995, as the manager of Boyden Shanghai Office and had overall responsibilities of Office Management.
- She left Boyden in the year 2000 and founded BISEARCH Group. In March 2003 she was invited to return to Boyden as the Chief Representative, and managing the business, operation and the team in Shanghai. After 2 years, she decided to re-start her own search business.
Prior to executive search, Ms Sun spent nearly four years in the hospitality industry with responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Event Management and Client Management. With a background in the hospitality business, Ms Sun brings people-orientated attributes and project management skills to provide executive recruitment service for BISEARCH GROUP’s clients in the PRC.
Ms Sun is the graduate of the joint MBA program from Webster University and Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.

曾担任日本九州大学法学院教授, 任中国工运学院 劳动关系研究所所长。国际劳工组织北京局特聘项目顾问。 常凯教授在国内外发表有关劳动 关系、劳动法律、工会、劳工问题的专著10余部、论文90余篇。曾到十多个国家讲学和学术访问。主持过多项部委级、国家级和国际合作的科研项目。北京大学法学院法学博士学位。专业方向为劳动关系和劳动法。

在创建上海盛泽企业管理咨询有限公司之前,孙女士就任于宝鼎国际(一家顶级美国猎头公司)先后达8年时间:
- 她在1995年加入宝鼎国际,担任上海代表处经理,负责代表处的全面行政管理以及人才搜寻工作;
- 2000年10月她离开宝鼎国际、创建了上海盛泽企业管理咨询有限公司。2003年3月在宝鼎国际的盛情邀约之下,她再次回到宝鼎担任上海代表处的首席代表,管理上海的团队和业务运营。2年之后,她决定重新开始自己的事业。
